Maintenance
Depending on the type of machine and the amount of water you are using, it is necessary to do some maintenance work on our machines at regular intervals. During maintenance, all water dispensers are fully renewed, descaled and sanitized.
Our colleagues will remove the machine on a previously agreed date and time and install a new water dispenser so that you will be able to enjoy mineral water without any interruption. Customers have the possibility to ask at our customer service for maintenance work to be done, furthermore our colleagues will check the machine from time-to-time to see whether maintenance is due and suggest this maintenance to be done in case they consider it necessary.
